Chik 'n' Jaks is a new fast food concept that has their eyes on opening many franchises in the south. Because they were looking at the big picture, they wanted to start off with a professional logo that spoke to their primary food item: chicken. One of their goals was to have a "character" that they could build a marketing program around, like a certain hamburger clown. We created an initial mark with a rooster in the negative space of the letter "C".
